" My history as an artist began as a partner long time ago and after some time in 1960'ies I started getting interested in pottery making. At that time Ceramics was very fashionable vocation and business. In a short time I became very famous and had done many murals and table tops for the new Senate and Assembly building in Ankara.
By that time I realized that my real interest and love for jewellery, especialy ancient jewellery.
My history of jewellery making starts, I suppose short after there were women in this old earth of ours.
Ancient jewellery was a fascination for me. I used to visit the museums only to see the jewellery exhibitions and buy all the books I could get on ancient jewellery.
So at the end I started pondering the thought of making my own jewellery.
I started designing my own jewellery and also having them made for me. Wearing an unusual piece of ancient looking jewellery, transformed to today's taste, was a fascination itself. It greatly interested my friends too. So began my career as a jewellery maker.
Since 1979 I started having exhibitions in Turkey and well as abroad. I sold only in exhibitions up to this date.
Now after being accepted in London,Paris and Middle East, I would like to present my creations to the American Public. I do hope sincerely taht they will appreciate them very much."
